How to Find St Margarets Bay
Grid Reference

Degrees

Take the A258 north-east from Dover or south-west from Deal until you see signs to turn off for St. Margaret’s Bay or St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. Take the turning and follow the road until you come to the village of St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. Drive through the village and continue on to St. Margaret’s Bay. The road will become very thin and will wind its way down the cliff to the bay. At the bottom is a pay and display car park. From here you can walk both north-east and south-west in search of fossils.
